Ah, the poker tilt. If a poker enthusiast states never to have stared faced over the barrel of a looming tilt – they’re either telling a lie or they haven’t been playing very long. Hands which usually make players to go on tilt are hands that you were the leading choice or at a minimum thought you were up until you were rivered and you lost a gigantic chunk of your bankroll. Bad defeats are going to happen. Embrace that fact right now, I will say it again – if your sister plays cards, if your parents play cards, if your grandpa enjoys cards – They have all had bad losses sometime. It is an unavoidable effect of participating in Texas Holdem, or for that matter any kind of poker.
